Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years bridge design experience in new design and rehabilitation
- P.E. license
- Proven hands-on experience in all aspects of bridge design projects
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
- Experience using structural analysis programs and bridge design software
- Demonstrated leadership skills, communication skills and ability to work with various teams
- Proven background of technical leadership on these types of projects
- Proficient marketing and business development skills
- Experience managing staff, clients and contracts
- Track record of working cooperatively with diverse teams, regional, department, technical managers, and project staff
- Strong organizational, listening and mentoring skills
- Ability to handle multiple assignments
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture
- MSCE in Structural Engineering Preferred.
- Ability to become licensed as a P.E. in other US states’ jurisdictions, through the NCEES or similar
- Familiarity with engineering software packages such as: LARSA, LEAP Bridge Enterprise, FB-MultiPier, LPile, AASHTOWare BrR, midas Civil, MDX, SAP2000, CSiBridge, ADINA, RM Bridge, spColumn, LUSAS, STLBridgeLRFD, or STLBridge.
