HDR Bridge Section Managers thrive in this entrepreneurial environment where team members are encouraged to shape their work roles to their strengths and interests. And we have a proven workshare approach, providing our diverse staff from across our Transportation program the opportunity to participate in landmark projects around the globe.

As you know, bridges start with an idea, then a design, and result in a critical piece of infrastructure that you, your family and friends can actually walk, bike or drive across. Your work at HDR will connect communities, business centers, neighborhoods, people and cultures. Whether it is a traditional structure on a county road or an iconic, engineering marvel that redefines the skyline, you will have created something that matters. And while not every project leads to industry accolades, your own sense of accomplishment, the team’s pride in a job well done, the respect of satisfied clients and the improved mobility of a community are worth more.

Besides, we’ve already earned three ACEC Grand Conceptor Awards for bridges: the Mike O'Callghan-Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge, built to improve safety around the Hoover Dam; the SR 520 bridge, the world's longest floating bridge, and the Bayonne Bridge Navigational Clearance project where we were the first to raise a roadway within an existing arch span. Your leadership could help us bring home the next one.

Our culture of innovation and collaboration places strong emphasis on team-spirit, diversity thoughtfulness, growth and learning, discipline expertise and personal accountability offering you a rewarding career in our dynamic, high-performance environment. If that sounds good to you, please apply.

Also, know that we understand your career is a big part of your life, but it's not your whole life. We offer benefits that look out for your health and wellness from a “whole you” perspective. Whether you are continuing your education, mapping your financial future, balancing work and family, or planning for retirement, we want to support your personal and professional goals. Benefits include an excellent medical plan, paid time off, tuition assistance, 401(k) and employee stock ownership plans — and more! At HDR, you can own your future, own your company and own who you are.

Join us to collaborate with a global team, grow your career and work on amazing projects!

Led by the strength of our values and a culture shaped by employee ownership, we network with each other, build on each other's contributions, and collaborate together to make great things possible. When you join HDR, we give you license to do the same. We help you take charge of your career, giving you multiple growth opportunities along the way.
