- Assist with administration of production security-related systems under direction of Senior Application Administrator
- Provide first-level problem resolution of production security systems
- Perform day-to-day maintenance and troubleshooting tasks for production security systems
- Review and analyze system modifications/patches/updates/upgrades for applicability to assigned systems
- Review system logs and reports for problems
- Conduct technology implementation tasks under direction of higher-level technical/managerial staff
- Coordinate all activities with system and network administrators as needed for security-related items
- Perform other duties as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/MIS-related area or equivalent work experience
- Good communication skills
- Ability to interact with customers in a professional manner when providing support for customer problem resolution
- Self-starter and able to perform assigned administration tasks with minimal supervision
- Attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture
